Travel Agents make any booking and reservations in writing per e-mail.
Majesty Cruise has the right to reject any verbal bookings.
No allotments of slots will be given to Travel Agents, Majesty Cruise reserves the right to manage all bookings to its full discretion.
Majesty Cruise replies to any inquiry and booking within 24 (twenty-four) hours.
Travel Agents submit all required passenger details, number of passengers, full passenger names, check-in, and check-out dates, passport numbers, visa expiry dates, special requests (e.g. vegetarian meal, honeymooner) etc., to Majesty Cruise per standard form to the specified deadlines (one day before the cruise sail).
All passengers must embark with valid passports & Vietnam visas. Majesty Cruise reserves the right not to carry a passenger without a valid visa.
Children whose traveling documents are attached to their parent’s passports must travel with their parent. Failure to comply might result in penalties imposed by the local authority which shall be borne by Travel Agents and Majesty Cruise reserves the right to release the bookings under the above circumstances.
Majesty Cruise advises Travel Agents in writing the exact arrival time and pick-up point of passengers in Halong Bay. Travel Agents fully responsible for the proper and timely arrival of passengers. Travel Agents are further responsible for clearly forwarding all information to their drivers or tour guides.
Any employees or contractors of Travel Agents entering Majesty Cruise premises and delivering passengers for check-in are to oblige to Majesty Cruise company standards and regulations and to follow the instructions of Majesty Cruise personnel at all times.
Majesty Cruise maintains the right to a timely departure of its vessels. Majesty Cruise further reserves the right to apply an additional charge to Travel Agents for any unscheduled transfer to the vessel due to delayed passenger arrival.

Payment Method

The payment will be based on the reservation sheet of the company and receipts issued by Majesty Cruise must process confirmation of the company. Travel Agents are obliged to pay on time and in full to Majesty Cruise according to the payment regulations of Majesty Cruise...
